Yes the help me dear and i know this what you send me but why who pay Pro account must every 10 minutes buy new a credit for vote ? And why my

32,580 points be all time same ..never change .

Julie, you don't need to buy credits you can vote and gain credit for every vote.
Pro accounts need credits for publishing images, boosting images and un-pausing images after initial 100 guaranteed duels.

Points are gained when you win awards (apart from Uncategorized category and contest awards). I checked your account (if it is one I linked above) and since last year none of your image gained any award (apart from yearly awards for last years images), so your points remain the same since then.

Please let me know if above mentioned account is yours so I can disconnect its connection to Facebook so you can connect different Facebook account.

Hi Julie, Facebook is disconnected from your account. Please make sure you are signed into correct Facebook account when you make new connection.

Julie, you will need to go to your settings page - www.pixoto.com/settings and there click "Connect to Facebook" blue button.

Please let me know if this doesn't help.

Hello Julie, please send e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com and ask for your Pro account to be canceled and your card refunded.
