Fair rule for contests

For the Gary Fong Contest, check at least if the flash was used. There are photos that clearly did not.

We'll make sure that we remove any image that was obviously not "lightsphere assisted" and any cash winners will be required to confirm that they used a lightsphere. Thanks for your concern.
