Pixoto is not publishing anymore my awards to Facebook.
In the past I had solved the problem by removing pixoto from FB and reconnecting, but this time I keep on seeing in my profile that Facebook is reconnected, could you please remove the linik so I can try connect again ?

I think having a disconnect button (as most sites with FB integration do) would be useful.

Thanks

I'm having the same issue. My awards are supposed to update automatically to my fb but never does.

Hi Keri,

Can I get you to check on some Facebook settings for me and let me know if it helps? First Click on Home at the top right of your Facebook page in the blue bar. Next click on Ap Center in the left side menu. When the new page loads click on "Your Aps" in the left side menu. The next page will show you all of your Aps that you are running in Facebook. Find the Pixoto Ap and make sure the first drop down is set to Public, also make sure that the third item says This Ap Can Also: POST ON YOUR BEHALF that is important for getting the awards published on your page.

Please let me know if that does not help.

Thanks for the reply Sherry. I checked what you said, and it is set to post on your behalf. My email is different on my fb and pixoto account. Does that matter?

I didn't think so either but wasn't sure. I don't know...
