My photo has earned "TOP 5%" a week - 419 points and they do not even appear. 2,171 points for this year do not appear. I announced you the 1752 points for the 1st prize on January 1st, and now I see you persevere in doing errors in ranking and score.

I feel that Pixoto pride themselves into doing what they can to avoid their problems all together. I don't understand with countless complaints why they continue to do nothing and put us off.

Us contributors need to stick together on these issues, after all what do they have with out the contributors? If we put our input on each others responses to the problems this site has, maybe, just maybe that will spark a fire under their a*$#% for them to do something or risk loosing their contributors. Hope to hear your input on my latest post.

You have not yet solved the problem for "Pixoto Members voted Constantinescu Adrian Radu’s image as #1 in the Animals category for the Day of 1/01/18" and "Pixoto Members voted Constantinescu Adrian Radu’s image as Top 5% in the Animals category for the Week of 12/31/17". Where are my 1752 and 419 points? It is not possible to behave in this way with me.

Pixoto, unfortunately, has been known to let an issue drop out of sight. I had a question about a contest and NEVER received an answer. I let it go because it just wasn't worth getting upset over it.

Hello,

This morning I received from Jason, Justin & Scott - Team Pixoto the e-mail that announced the awards and points for January.
I am honored and thank you for this.
However, as of January 8, 2018, I have reported problems in counting the points and even today I could not get more than an automatic answer from Jasenka. I announce today, again, the same problems with counting points. For example, I attach some screenshots. To be exact, I also counted the points accumulated by my compatriot in the first place, so far.
Please respectfully correct the mistake because it belongs to you and you are the only one able to repair it.
Until you resolve this issue, I reserve the right to be more reserved for PIXOTO, even if I own a free contributor account as early as December 30, 2013 and have 772 photos in it.

Same old problems. I gave up on Pixoto a long time ago, and I have added this response because it appeared in my inbox. I have found other sites where I have happily exhibited my work and derived much more satisfaction.

Hi Eric, nice to see you again. Pixoto has changed significantly, Scott has done some major changes, and some more changes are still in the process of being implemented.

This is an old problem, and we want to finally fix it to get all the leftovers corrected and continue to have fully functional site with great improvements.

I hope you'll stick around and at least check what has changed.
