Error 500 on submiting image

When I try to go to "submit image" page, I get this:

I read a similar post, similarly I tried to upload 5 images and one of them never been uploaded and since then I can't upload anything (since last night).

it is probably a bug...you did nothing wrong

it will be fixed by the next day, just be patient.....

Our apologies. It looks like our image host was having server problems
this morning. It seems to be working fine now - please let us know if
you have any further trouble.
