For the past few days, I have had much difficulty accessing Pixoto. I get in, then get thrown out due to a server error. Sometimes it works well for a while, other times I just give up. I don't think it is my computer, because it happens on my phone, too. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Mine won’t let me in. It says 503 server error. Been like this for 2 days

Jasenka, it would be nice if the techs could give us an update regarding what they have identified and when they hope to have this issue resolved. My suspicion is that it is something that is costly to resolve. Anyway, with so many frustrated users, it would be nice to hear something more than the techs know about this.

It's very strange that the length of the server problems seem to vary from country to country. Some of us in Europe have had these problems from the beginning of the year, others in US only for a week or so. And how about all the members all around the world that just haven't reported their problems? Anyway, at this point we users are really frustrated and we want an update concerning the ongoing server problems. What has been identified so far and what's the timetable for resolving the problems? Does the problems have to do with running the yearly awards? Never before has it though been like this. In another thread, a week ago, I asked the management to give us a status report. Up to this date there's only been silence. Does anybody care anymore? What does this indifference mean? What conclusions do we have to draw about Pixoto?

Hi Michael! For how long has the Server Error been away at your end? Some hours or the whole day? Just asking because in January there has been better days when the Server Error has been away for some hours and then days when nothing has worked.

Well over 24 hours, must admit I was a bit apprehensive about saying this but if things change I will certainly post again. I do visit the site regularly during the day.

For about one day now the site seems to work better without Server Errors all the time. I would like to have some kind of confirmation though that the problems really have been fixed by the Techs and preferably a confirmation from the Management that the same problems aren't likely to occur any time soon again. I also think an apology might be in order from the Management for all the problems and frustration that the site's technical problems have caused us members all through January. That's all, thank you.

and perhaps a schedule of when the 2017 awards will be distributed since we are a week into February already and it's been crickets in terms of information regarding that. It's my time to renew my paid membership and I am really on the fence about doing that or not.

I'm sorry to inform you but the site isn't running correctly yet. Got just this error message "Problem accessing /images-photography/animals---dogs/all/leading/in-year-2018. Reason:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'cursor' on null object. Powered by Jetty:// 9.3.5.v20151012. The only thing I did was that I changed Added Today to Added This Year in category DOGS.

Thank you for information Mia. Actually, this is a different error then we got lately. It looks like it is corrected since I didn't have any issues opening leaderboard. But, if you do get more errors, please do let me know.

Same problems continue. Can't refresh pages and getting this error message: 502 Bad Gateway nginx. This has been going on for three days now.

Hi all, Pixoto is currently in a maintenance mode and is not undergoing active development. We recognize that there have been some issues recently and are working with our developer to get those resolved. We hope to have the error issues fixed over the next week or two.
