Error code 500

I can no longer submit photos, get the error code 500 with Chrome, IE 11, on my cell phone, and another laptop computer. I also can no longer enter contests, get the error code 500 again. Using Windows 7. Please refund my PRO membership as you folks are not responding to my problem and this site is worthless to me if I cannot submit new photos or enter contests.

Hello Sheen, I'm sorry you are having problems. It can be that our host is having problems. Can you please try Firefox? Do you have this problem with specific image you are trying to upload or with all images?

No, I cannot use Firefox as it will not work with some other programs I have and I really don't think that would help as this is not working on my cell phone and my laptop too, so that is not the problem. I cannot even get to trying to submit the photo, I click on the "submit" button and it goes to the error code 500, same with the Challenges, I get to the list of challenges, but then when I click on any of the challenges, I get the error code 500. I loved this site, fun and informative, but it is completely useless to me now.

Re-save your image without the EXIF data. That's what I do when I encounter this problem. I don't know the reason why, but it worked for me in many instances.

I am having this same problem with one specific image. Saving without the EXIF data doesn't help

Hello Janet, it could be your image is too big. Please try lowering image resolution, and also try removing Exif data. If that doesn't help, please send me file to jasenka@pixoto.com and I'll check what the issue might be.
