Editing rules when you have 3 contests running.

Whenever I have 2 contests running and create a 3rd and hit submit, if I've forgotten something and try to go in and edit that 3rd contest, it will not allow me to saying that I have the maximum contests running..... okay, that's all fine and well but I'm only editing one and not creating a new one.  This has been going on for some time.  Please fix it!  Thank you.
