it's the way it works since weeks. the duels just stop and you cannot buy more. Jason or Justin answered this already. I still don't understand why they stop the duels. I see many good images which just stop. Must have something to do with the algorythm and this is "double dutch" for me. It's frustating and a shame. Now you need over 600 points to get an award. it was much easier a few months ago but now we are so many members that the "amateurs" don't have a chance to get one. Anyway, I'm still here because pixoto is inspirating and I love watching nice images. i hope you are not too frustated and...
I wish you a Happy New Year

I have the same problem. I have a lot of pictures that won't accept duels. I also have a problem with my duel pictures being left of the screen and I can't hardly see the one on the left. I can't figure out how to change it back.

Yvonne & Kelli - I haven't heard from Pixoto. I have multiple pictures affected this way. Yvonne, I don't know what the screen size has changed on you not allowing you to see the image fully on the left. Wish I could help with that.

Fine Art - December

Win % Won Lost Score Rank
50.1% 91 88 620 #30 (A very good pick of pond and trees)
58.8% 107 75 600 #61 (My stark negative of river and trees)

I'm sure it could be totally fair that the pic with fewer votes, fewer wins, more losses, and a lower winning percentage is ranked way, way ahead. (It faced tougher competition? It has connections to organized labor?)

But in my massively reasonable and scientifically unbiased opinion, it creates an APPEARANCE of unfairness.

Entries for December are just now closing, so the voting won't be over for a while, and scores will change. If #30 plummets because of proper corrections, unhappiness happens. If #61 fails to rise out of the mist of mystical algorithms, unhappiness happens.

Either way, The World As We Know It, comes to an end.

Whatever. I'd rather be funny than right.
