I have photos where the person or people in the photos are not recognizable. Since you require a release form if I have people in my photos, how do I get past this requirement if the person or people are not recognizable?

Hello Keith, general rule is if person on the photo can recognize itself, then you need model release. If the person on your photo can not recognize itself, they you wouldn't need model release.
Without seeing image in question, I'm sorry I can't let you know if you need model release or not. If you can please send me image (smaller image is enough where it can be seen what is on image) to my e-mail I can ask if model release is needed or not.
