Defective Canvas

Hi. I need a replacement for a canvas that completely fell apart after just two years. I ordered this for a client on 12.26.16 and he notified me last month that it was falling apart. I can send pictures if you want, but need a replacement for order ID 5022004748222464 ASAP as he is showing his house soon. Who do I need to contact?
