Damaged Canvas

My canvas print was delivered damaged. The box had puncture holes which in turned made puncture marks into the canvas. Almost appears as though the canvas is packaged upside down in the box. Cannot locate a telephone number for customer service. Invoice #33027.

Hello, we have issued a replacement and it should ship on 12/26. You may dispose of the damaged one.

It is January 5 and I have not received a message that my replacement canvas has been shipped yet. You quoted shipment on 12/26. Could you please clarify and confirm. Thank you.

Hello, since reprinted canvas is not the same order as one you have made, you can not get automatic notification when canvas was shipped. I have asked for confirmation when the canvas was shipped and I will let you know when I get reply.
