Community Photo Contests shall be supervised and reviewed by Pixoto. I noticed that not all members are good moderators/host, their definition, requirements for contestants are too "general" or too "broad"...as a result, it appears to everyone they can join the contest. While some contestants spent time and credits to the contest, and suddenly they are disqualified by the not fair and nor professional moderators. I agree all members can host their own contests, however, at least Pixoto should review their set requirements/rules/conditions, help them clarify, show more details. for example, might ask them to show "bad samples", what kinds of photos are high potentially being disqualified, show both dos and don'ts.

I agree. There is currently a contest called LIGTING (which I presume is supposed to be lighting) and the contest description just has the name of a temple - there is no detail of what its all about and my comments to clarify the situation have not been answered.

I think the voting needs attention as well - in a recent contest called 'People showing Emotion' many of the winning photos did not show much if any emotion. I think the contest title needs to be more prominent and voters expected to take into consideration the theme, not just vote for the prettiest cat.
