I was charged for a yearly pro account upgrade despite canceling my service before and having no interest to continue with the service. I really need my money back. My college courses start on Monday and I have to buy books. 95 dollars is a lot of money to be down.

Hello Ally, please send an e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com with a request to cancel your Pro subscription. Please send it from e-mail connected to your Pixoto account. In the same e-mail, you can ask for a refund too.

Please let me know if this doesn't help.
