Can't update my billing info

I believe this topic actually doesn't belong on public forum, but sine there's (obviously) no 1 on 1 support for such things or I can't find it I'll just have to ask here.

I wanted to update my billing method but I can't. The message I get back is "Recurly.js is not enabled for your site" and there's no way with any credit card I have to disposal to update my billing method. I could do this just perfectly back in Spring last year but now it's not possible.

Is there any way I can change my billing method or I'm bound to the card on file as long as I live (on here).

What data you require in an e-mail. All I know I've written here already except maybe that for one of my cards the bank wants the code provided via SMS which needs to be entered into checking box. The other card doesn't need that though but with trying both I've got the same message.
