Cancel my subscription and refund charges, please

I do not want to renew my subscription this year. I was not aware that my credit card would be automatically billed. I did not authirized that. Please refund any charges to my credit card and cancel my subscription.

Hello Ana, I'm sorry you are having problem. I see you no longer have Pro subscription. Do you still have problem, or is it solved?

Just wanted to make sure if I need to take any actions.

My situation is exactly the same. Nobody asked me if I wanted renewal... and I don't! I want an immediate refund on my card.

Hello Raymond, I'm sorry about this . All subscriptions are automatically renewed as stated on subscription page. Please send e-mail to cancel@pixoto.com with request to cancel your Pro subscription and also please ask for refund.

If this doesn't help, please let me know.

Thanks for your reply, Jesenka, I sent the cancellation and refund request this morning and I have not received confirmation of the refund yet. Can you help me process this or do I have to wait longer?

Dear Pixoto,

please cancel my subscription, i'm already mail to disable@pixoto.com to quit my subscription and delete my account, but i'm still charged for this month. please cancel the invoice and refund my money.

i cant post from my account, because my account is already gone. but i mail from my email that connected to pixoto account.

I cancled my subscription and was still charged for a pro subscription. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription

No because I canceled my subscription before the date it was set to renew. I even got a cancellation email from Pixoto stating my account was effectively canceled and would not renew on my renewal date. I can forward that email if you would like.
