Bulk message button

This idea may have been made previously yet I am making a suggestion.. As I moderate, I wish there was a way to send a message to all participants in bulk. I'd use it for things like at the final of contests to send short message, thank you, etc. OR if an edit to contest is needed to clarify misunderstanding to description. Just a thought...
