BETTER not be charged multiple times for trying to make the order button work!!!!!

I am trying to order a canvas gallery wrap and when I click on "Complete Purchase" it goes nowhere. A red circle signifying "you can't do that" comes up and the button fades. I need to order it NOW for a client! I have pressed the Complete Purchase button multiple times. I won't be charged multiple times will I?? I ONLY WANT ONE CANVAS!! Please advise! Thank you.

Hello Julie, I checked your account and none of your recent orders went through (last order was from 2016). I've already forwarded your issue to our tech. CAn you please check if you are using the correct credit card and that card is good for online payment?
