Awards not showing on full image page

When clicking on an image thumb nail to fetch the 'full image page up' the awards the image has won are not displayed.

Hello Michael, I'm sorry you are having problems. Can you please post link to image where awards are not shown on imagedetail page so we can check what the issue is?

Hi Michael, I see 35x3 awards, so that should be 105 awards shown. Can you please let me know from where (link) are you clicking thumbnail to get imagedetail preview without all awards shown? And does it show only some of the awards or none?

I am clicking on the thumbnail on the recent images page both on my PC using Microsoft edge and on my Ipad using safari, same result on both.

Thank you for the information, Michael. I did try to replicate the issue, however, I do get awards displayed - but only 6 (without view more button).
Can you please try checking on Firefox or Chrome to see if you have the same issue and let me know?

Now OK in safari on my ipad.

Still not showing in edge on my PC or in chrome on my PC, I do not have fireox.

Michael, are you by any chance checking your images without being signed in?

I've noticed if I check my own images while I'm not signed in I can only see 6 awards, but when I sign in I can see all awards on my images.

Always signed in.

I can't access my images when I am not signed in.

That is odd Michael. What happens when you are not signed in and go to your profile and click on one of the images? Doesn't the image detail page open?

I do not understand Jasenka.
From the Pixoto 'front' screen, the one with the image of the fist through water, I can access the contest page without signing in but to go any further I am directed to the sign in screen. All other prompts from the 'front' page ask me to sign in, which I do.

Can you open this page if you are signed out?
You should be able to see that if you are signed out (except if you set up your account to be visible only for other users).

I can only access this page if signed in, as I explained above I can not access any pages unless I am signed in (which I would expect)
If I click on other members images, again it does not show the awards for that image as it should.
Interestingly it looks as though I can delete an image which has an award 5% and better.
All ok on Ipad.

An interesting development - the awards on images was not showing on my Ipad, however I reset the Ipad and the images now show their awards.

Cleared the cache on my PC but awards still not showing.

Has Scott read this thread and has he any ideas?

Jasenka, any news.

PC (windows 10 home) still shows images which have awards with no awards. Also what should be worrying for Pixoto is that resubmit and delete buttons are active on images which have achieved awards of 5% or greater.


Ipad (IOS 13.3) shows images with awards and appropriate images have resubmit and delete buttons inactive. However after 24/48 hours of resetting ipad images show no awards and ipad had to be reset to bring awards back.


I look forward to receiving an update.

Received a windows up date on my PC today and problem seems to have corrected itself ( I had a thought that this might be the solution).
