24x24 CANVAS purchase problem

I had an image purchased yesterday for a 24x24 CANVAS. The image I had originally was not a high enough resolution to support that size so I resubmitted it. As a professional artist I never sell a piece without a signature and a copyright. Someone after it was posted REPORTED the image and it was taken down. My customer needs the canvas for a grand opening of her store next week. and now I am not sure it is going to be printed at all. I guess I will just order from a different supplier and send this one back if I don't hear from somebody soon. Jeff

Hello Jeff, per our rules we don't allow personal watermarks on images. If you completed order before the image was deleted it should go through. To be sure, please send an e-mail to artshop@pixoto.com with your Order ID and ask if the canvas is in the process of making and add your concern about the image being deleted for a watermark.

In future, if you would like the canvas to be made with your watermark, you can go to this page - https://www.pixoto.com/canvas/upload upload your photo, chose product and size and complete order without the image being published on main Pixoto site.

Thanks... I have ordered the canvas through a different supplier since I did not hear from the artshop. THis canvas maybe returned since I cannot verify that it is still being processed.
