Wrong profile

My profile has my husband info I dont know how....I renewed my IMDBpro so I could upload my pictures but I cannot because it will go to my husband page. On the other hand when I tried to edit my profile it doesnt allow me to delete those credits either. Can I get a refund? so I can open a new account and start from scratch? Thank you

Patricia: Please post here the link to your name page and the link to your husband's name page. (There are about 20 people in IMDb named Patricia Gonzalez -- see https://www.imdb.com/find?q=patricia%20gonzalez&s=nm&exact=true -- and we will need to see which one you are.)

I wonder if you might have claimed the wrong page, in which case you can un-claim your husband's page and then claim your own. But if you identify the two pages involved here, the staff or contributors can advise you better.

Thank you for your reply, I am Patricia Gonzalez Ciuffardi, my link page is https://www.imdb.com/name/nm3692645/?ref_=nv_sr_6?ref_=nv_sr_6 and my husband Carlos Balart https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1966738/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1    

So, when I sign in on IMDBpro says my name Patricia but when I tried to make changes on my page or add images my profile page says Carlos Balart and all his credits.

How can I find out if I claimed his page so I can unclaim his and claim my own?

Patricia: Thanks for posting this information. However, I don't know enough about the claiming/unclaiming process to help you myself. Either a staffer or a contributor more familiar with the process should be able to help you from this point.

How do I contact them?
Can I get a refund for the annual membership I just paid? I am very frustrated, I just subscribe to add photos and I cannot do it, and I have been trying to reach IMDB through several emails and I do not get my issue solved so, If I get a refund I can open a new account and subscribe again and start from scratch? Also, there is no phone number that I can call...Please advise

It says 24 hours. But my experience is 3 days minimum for a reply.

Patricia: I would recommend waiting a couple of days to see if any IMDb staffers will respond to this thread right here. 

If you are able to un-claim your husband's page and then claim your own page, you won't need to get a refund. It's just that I, personally, don't know how to give you instructions on how to do that. An IMDb staffer could give you instructions for that, though.

They aren't going to provide you with assistance over the phone, though. As an Internet-based company, IMDb prefers to give all their assistance online.
