Wrong image forever stuck

Why doesn't the removal request of an image ever do anything? It's becoming quiet annoying, what's the point of that feature if staff members never  do anything with it?
I've requested tons of removals in the past years, none of them ever get through, unless I post them here.
So here we go again:

Same looks like someone uploaded a bogus profile for me that i had to claim and now I can't seem to find the delete button for an incorrect film I was never in. Can someone help?
