I have tried to contact IMDB directly... given the run around through amazon. I waited two days for an email. Amazon tells me there are no resources to connect me to a live customer service person at IMDB. Very poor customer service. Something that would be easily solved. And not something that IMDBPro should be having to deal with.

And why not? This is not very efficient and VERY time consuming. NOT a way to run a company with thousands of clients. I have already been contacted AFTER TWO DAYS waiting for an answer from IMDB. I was on the phone with Amazon and they told me a form needed to be submitted to even reach A LIVE person from IMDB... MORE time wasted. I THANK GOD that I did not register through Amazon. I am trying to help someone update their billing information. Unfortunately the Visa card the person used was lost and he doesn't remember the experiation date to even get through the verification process. Ridiculous. Do you treat known celebs this way? I bet not. I have contacted you. Now I'd like to take care of this before I'm old and gray.

So, in order to handle these free accounts of those 107 million people, which is approximately 1/3 the population of the USA. IMDb would need a call center and persons that speak around 15 languages and pay them with what funds?

Thank you. I already did that... twice. Took two days to get any type of response. And then when I did as instructed I still could not get into the account. THIS IS MORE THAN FRUSTRATING AND NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! NO MORE FORMS... I want to talk to a live person.

I'm having the same challenges and completed the form SEVERAL times and followed up on still more instructions with no results. It's very frustrating and time consuming. I too am paying for services, I'm not receiving in total and the numerous emails are not helping because they merely repeat what's on the site and don't tell you how to resolve the problem. I need to speak with a human BEFORE anything else is deducted from my card. Apparently, things hasn't changed in the 2 months Jan was addressing her issues. Did anyone finally call???
