To find all the films titled "The White Helmets", rather than selecting the entry from the drop-down box, click the magnifying glass icon (I have added an arrow to the screenshot below to point it out).

That will take you to the page at https://www.imdb.com/find?q=the+white+helmets&s=all. The first film in that list will be The White Helmets (2016) (Short). That's the one you are looking for, the one that won the Oscar for Best Documentary Short Subject.
The other film you have been finding is The White Helmets (????), which is a dramatized version of the same story but which is still in development.

Having films in development show up in the suggestion search would only be useful on IMDbPro.
Of course, this assumes that it is possible to make those films available to the suggestion search on the Pro site and not available on the free site.
