I have an idea for a TV show (a cartoon) that I would like to pitch to someone, but I don't know who. Are there any agents that would accept my idea?

Hello, Noah Silvola.

Pitching idea for a TV series is a tricky thing for an industry outsider, but there are a lot of episodic writing fellowship programs and labs out there, a few examples include Film Independent Episodic Lab and Sundance Institute Episodic Program. Applying programs like that increases your chances at idea reaching the industry circles and they also teach/consult on best ways to write and present the pilot screenplay.

It should be noted, that it might be a good idea to raise finances yourself and make a web-series out of idea, even if as a proof of concept for potential TV series. A lot of web-series nowadays are eligible for filmmaking awards and they're also a great way to get the exposure needed to jumpstart one's career.

Lastly, this forum is mostly about Internet Movie Database (IMDb). We (meaning contributors like me and IMDb staff, both of which are here on a daily basis) answer other industry-related questions from time to time, but it's mostly help forums for contributors. :)
