You will not be able to rate a title unless you are signed in. Signing in via Facebook or Google is just a different method to access your IMDb account, so these ratings are counted.
Tks for answering Steve. But I witnessed 3 occassions of persons rating the same title 3 stars and nothing happened not even afyer 1 week. The title remained with the same ammount of votes.
