Usually the lists are in a straight line and can be easily chosen now they seem all over the place and really looks distorted.

Same here. Also notice the badges are bunched together vertically.
I wonder if a new css (or other) script was implemented. This seems related to

I'm using Chrome 75, and then updated to 76. Both on Windows 10. Happens with or without scripts/extensions.
It appears, perhaps, to be deliberate, since lists with longer descriptions do NOT get the next list indented underneath (notice the posters share vertical space when the upper one doesn't have a description.)
