There are a lot of examples I could give, but here is one I ran across that made me ask this question.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1466074/mediaviewer/rm2233300480
If you look, this is a dvd box cover. It is on multiple episodes which it should not. On 2-3 episodes it is the only image for the title, so it can't be removed.

So what does one do????? (PS I also think this problem is responsible for duplicate bad images that get deleted and then come back. Like on Ironside and the jeffersons.)

Episodes where I found it, using the "see more episodes" link and eyeballing the images:

Strange Bedfellows (1995)
Ashes to Ashes (1998)

Perhaps this image would be better  (I didn't want to upload it for fear it was in the image gallery, just not labeled as "product"):

Better to have the product box than nothing. It's a great substitute for bad/missing links to Amazon; it gives people the enormous hint that it's out there on dvd.

I think I agree with you that something is better than nothing. I was trying to follow the guide about tagging. It's unbelievable how many similar types of things are out there. After fixing one season of the Jeffersons I've found some more errors on other seasons (They'd be so much easier if the fixes went thru fast vs 1-2 days). Not enough computer hours to fix so many shows. lol

Just have to share this image because how it was given a pass-in is amazing especially with some that I've had rejected. And what's funny it's the 2nd one today I've seen taken from a dvr although this one is obviously done with a camera.
