I've seen many posts similar to this idea but don't see it in effect yet nor do I see IMDb commenting. The idea is to be able to make a shelf, in a way, of movies we have WATCHED, WANT TO WATCH, OWN, and WANT TO OWN. I've seen the Watch List which is a great start but I'd like to see a button for the others that doesn't require too many clicks and is not time consuming.Check out and see how they make a shelf for books one has read, plans to read, owns, and wish list. It is a simple click of a small image on each book to make these choices to add them to each list quickly. It's fun to see the books on a shelf of what I've read too. It would be cool to see the lists visually on a shelf of what movies I've WATCHED, WANT TO WATCH, OWN, and WANT TO OWN. What do you think IMDb? Is it in the process? Join up with

Because people want to use the lists in many different ways, I don't think IMDb will be adding many more lists.

However, you can easily create the lists you want yourself. Then, when you are on the Title page you wish to add, just click on the down-pointing arrow beside the Watchlist button, and then click on the list you want to add to.

Two clicks to add to the desired list instead on 1 to add to Watchlist, and this allows you to add to any list you create, not just ones that IMDb has specified.

You can't easily add to other lists when you're on This should really be simplified like Goodreads.
