1. The device you are using

2. Operating System version number

3. Browser name and version number (if experiencing this issue via your web browser)

4. App name and version number (if experiencing this issue via a mobile device app)

5. Title of the video (if TV episode, please provide us with the season and episode number)

6. Approximate Date/Time Issue Occurred (Include Timezone)

7. Troubleshooting steps you've previously attempted

Having same issue.
1. Motorola Droid Turbo
2. 6.0.1
3. Using app
4. IMDB- has latest update (no idea how to find version #)
5. All videos, I've tried so many I can't count them all. None will play.
6. Started about a week ago
7. I've tried restarting my device, restarting the app, tried numerous different videos, made sure the app is updated, and written to app support for help, (waiting for reply.)

I am having the same problem on my Samsung tablet. It seems quite a few people are experiencing the same thing. Surely imdb must be aware of the issue.

A few hours ago I was able to watch videos on the app and now I cannot. I am not sure how to fix this issue.

6: Monday, May 11 around 4 pm EST
7: Restarted my phone and still doesn't work

Thanks everyone for all the feedback so far! We have seen customers having success resolving the issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again. If you have not attempted this already, please do so and let us know if you continue to have problems.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and now everything works perfectly.

Same here. Everything seems to work just fine now. Such a silly simple solution lol. Thank you!
