I submitted some Episode Title / Number corrections in May which have not yet been processed, although the Data Processing Times page indicates that no data category is backlogged that far.

The submissions at issue are the following:

200528-005545-221000
200528-023835-890000
200529-003517-413000

I'd appreciate it if the staff could take a look and see what the problem is, since this problem will probably require staff intervention.

I'm going to bump this thread.

For the benefit of fellow contributors, this has to do with the series "Jay Leno's Garage" (2015). Due to being unable to film new episodes during the pandemic, a few episodes were aired in slightly modified form, with new introductions to the segments being taped, but as far as I can tell, the bulk of the content was as it originally aired. The episode titles were modified by adding the words "Off Road Adventures", so that, for example, episode #3.13, "Closed Roads", was re-aired as "Off Road Adventures: Closed Roads" and listed in IMDb as #6.4.

As the changes were not significant enough to constitute an entirely new episode, I submitted Alternate Version notes to the original episodes (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7837930/alternateversions, for example). But I haven't been able to get the slightly modified episode merged into their originals, after waiting 17 days now.

These corrections are Episode TItle/Number corrections which don't generate "Track Contribution" entries, so if there is a problem with the submissions, I don't have a way of finding out what it is.

I am bumping this thread again. Could the staff please explain why these corrections were not accepted?

I'm not sure that bumping threads is helpful though I did finally get answers to two threads from December. You may want to start a new thread and reference this thread to get some attention?

Seriously Adrian!!!!!!
Starting another thread will only go unanswered for a week too.
IMDb is just not what it once was. It used to handle two to three times this volume quickly. It used to take only 12 hours. Now it takes 12 days!

Have you tried contacting help desk? That has helped in some of these type of cases. I got an answer in 24-48 hours. Of course, others might have different experiences.

Eboy: Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't realize that was an option before. I've just now sent a message to the help desk.

Good luck! This route has never worked for outside of End Year Title corrections. I really wish they'd give us an update on what is going on with support. I miss the days where things got fixed within 24 hours.

Update: I received an e-mail from IMDb saying, "I've submitted this request on your behalf now, if no problems are encountered this should update online within 24 hours on all platforms." So hopefully these corrections will go through.
