Unauthorised payment

I did the 30 day FREE trial and have tried cancelling my subscription on multiple occasions and it isn’t working I have now had a charge of £149 which I did NOT authorise !!!! I most definitely did not have the option nor a reminder of the trial ending and I didn’t have a choice to pick pay monthly or annually! I want this cancelling and a refund of £149!!!
