Unable to log in on my Ipad

I can’t log in on my Ipad. It works on my phone and browser but not on my Ipad.

Please note, login is no longer supported for devices running iOS 10 or older and Android OS 9 or older. If you are running a more recent OS version than these, please write us back with the following:

- your device model
- your OS version
- your IMDb app version

I'm using an Ipad Pro and my iOS is 13.3.1
The IMDb app version is 10.0

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
I turned off the app and my Ipad.
I still have the same problem.

It doesn't let me try to sign in anymore. When I click on Create an Account ou Sign in with IMDb nothing happen. There's an error message when I click on Sign in with Amazon and with Google or Facebook it doesn't log me after I join my accounts.

When I click on Amazon I receive that: (Error (AMZNLWAErrorDomain erreur 9.)
The other buttons there's just nothing that happen.

This is ridiculous! Why wouldn't you try and find a way so that users of old iOS can login? Not everyone has the latest gadgets; I use my old iPad frequently. *Please be reasonable, IMDb!*

Hi Olivier,

Could you please attempt to clear the Cache in the app settings and confirm if you're still experiencing the issue?

To clear the cache, please take the following steps:

  1. While in the IMDb app, go to the "You" tab on the bottom right-hand corner
  2. Select the gear at the top right-hand corner, which will take you to the App Settings page
  3. Scroll down to find "Clear Cache"
  4. You will then be prompted to confirm clearing all application cached data
  5. Select "Clear" and then try to login once again.
