Unable to Contribute Title Despite Sufficient Information

My contribution (https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/200114-081443-442000 ) of a missing event in the UFC Fight Night series keeps getting rejected, citing "Lack of supporting evidence" in the "Miscellaneous Link" section, despite that section sporting _three_ independent sources, including the official site of the event. I am not informed in detail on how to correct it further.

Looking at other entries in the series, they have been committed with less information, than I am providing.
Also, if I take it out of the series, and simply create it as a new title as "TV Special", e.g., it will go through. I've done that a couple of times in the past, when faced with this issue, but to continue this practice is inconsistent and incorrect, and just circumventing the problem here.

I have more examples of the same problem (https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/200114-081508-581000 ), as I am trying to complete the UFC Fight Night series of its omissions on IMDB.

Can anyone advice on how to get this through?

There is your answer! You are holding up title verification with more information than is necessary. Less or the bare minimum data submitted is the key to getting titles approved.
Too much info delays or outright stops a title from being approved.

Hi Martin, normally the more data the better. The most important is to have good 3rd party links to evidence the title is real, like facebook, YouTube etc.

I cannot find a series called "UFC Fight Night" so which series do you mean? There are several series which have UFC in the name but I cannot tell which you might be trying to update.

Note that staff can look up the contributions you refer to but other users cannot.

Is the event you are trying to add actually part of the series you are trying to update or is it just on a similar topic? Is it the same broadcaster? Same crew (e.g. commentators)? Same slot in the schedule?

A link to the series page and a link to one or more of the events you managed to add as a TV Special would probably clarify matters.

I have no idea what page YOU used to submit an episode, but this is the one that I used. The correct one.
It calls for NONE of the info on your page. That is because IMDb already has that stuff on file. URL's & Misc links
Plus I use the K.I.S.S. method on submissions.

Feel free to add Other cast and anything else.
Stop checking off the box "to add more data that aren't listed above"
KISS Method. If there is too much info to verify then it keeps the episode from being listed.
Once the title "Is In"
Add more.

Martin: While submitting this episode, you checked the box marked "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission". You don't need to check that box.

In fact, checking that box could make it look like the episode wouldn't qualify for listing otherwise and needs special review by the staff to be accepted.

Yes, I only checked that box, because the initial rejection asked me to provide more links and/or give an explanation as to why it should be included.

In general, leaving out perfectly valid information, so as not to diminish my chances of getting the contribution accepted, goes against common sense, as well as the direct input (like) from an IMDB employee above.
But we will see how the approach - suggested by Ed above - fares later today, and I will keep you all posted.

Thanks for your comment.

Rejected again with the same response.

An IMDB employee would be welcome to comment at this point.
What _exactly_ is missing here?
