I'm trying to add my credits to the news show "Ebru Today: (2012). Only one episode out of 150 are listed on there, but some of our producers and editors show up with series credits or "unknown episodes" attributes (only mine and one cast member has a specific episode listed). How can I have my credits accepted for the series?

IMDb's policy is that all cast and crew credits must be added at the Episode level, not the Series level. These credits are then 'rolled up' and displayed on the Series page. However, when the Series is first being added, some cast and crew need to be included in order to meet the criteria for acceptance, and these are what show up with the attribute (unknown episodes) on the Series page.

IMDb will sometimes accept credits at the Series level (with the years as an attribute), although these submissions may be rejected, but as soon as Episodes are created they completely stop.

Once a person who has a Series level credit is added to Episodes, the 'rolled up' credit will replace the current credit on the display pages, and in most cases the Series credit will actually be deleted from the database. (If there are differences between the Series and the Episode credits an actual Delete request may be required.)

Everyone who is listed in the on-screen credits for Episode 1.59 should be added to the current Episode page even if they are already listed on the Series page. In order to make this easier, once you have selected to add to a section, you will see the text Click here to copy existing credits from the series or other episodes above the Add portion of the form.  If you click on that a javascript form will open, showing the credits still on the Series level. If you click on one of them it will be added to the first open Add  item. You may need to edit the resultant item (for example t remove the (years) attribute ) but at least you know it will link to the correct Name page.

It looks to me as if your credit was just added to the database. Because the 'roll-up' requires an overnight build, the credit will not appear on the Series page for probably 24-48 hours after it appears on the Episode page.

Your credit should appear with your name and the note (1 episode). The only way to get the correct number there is to add the rest of the episodes you appeared in, including your credit on each one.
