Can you please confirm your device model, iOS version number, and IMDb app version number? Also, what sign-in option were you using when this error occurred (IMDb, Facebook, Amazon)?

Hi Claire,

I'm using an iPad mini 4, running iOS 10.3.3 and IMDB app 7.15.1. I was trying to sign-in using my e-Mail address and password.

I also noticed that there is no IMDb account associated with the email address you used to sign in to GetSatisfaction - could you please write us back with the IMDb ID or Nickname that you use for the account you are trying to access?

Hi Mark,

We have looked into this warning and it is most likely being caused by using an insecure proxy server or Wifi connection where someone has set up a man-in-the-middle attack. I would highly recommend you bring this to the attention of your Internet Service Provider.
