By the way, would it be possible to add "Restaurant Patron" in Downhill Racer for Sylvester Stallone now that I have a better video?
I cannot copy DVDs, as they never turn out right. So I used my mobile phone's camera instead.

He can also be seen in the films That Nice Boy, Lovers and Other Strangers, Downhill Racer, Sidelong Glances of a Pigeon Kicker, Klute and Bananas.

An Italian trailer for a movie named No Place to Run, has him listed as Sylvester E. Stalone. This film was shot during 1972 and eventually released in 1974 as No Place to Hide, but was later released with new scenes in the 80's as a rather different movie called Rebel...

This is the ONLY scene with Stallone as an extra. It was partly filmed in Switzerland, in early 1969.

Hi Peter you can add Sly's appearance as an uncredited role by going to Downhill Racer's movie page and at the bottom select edit and when the new page appears select cast: Add one credit, and follow the instructions.
Make sure in attribute that you type uncredited.

Hi Peter,
As previously advised here on Get Satisfaction we do not consider this enough evidence to list the credit.
Regards,
Will

Well, I have no other evidence. The films are not even on his website. But he was just an extra in them anyway...

The guy in the except seems like he has higher cheek bones than Stallone. It's hard to be sure. Side-profile shots are hard to assess. The earliest-made picture featuring Sylvester Stallone that I've seen is Death Race 2000, so I'm trying to picture how he looked there as a reference.

Have you seen Bananas? He plays a mugger in a subway. Him and another guy with a leather jacket chase Woody Allen.

Peter, (at this point, after several threads about this issue) it doesn’t really help that we watch these films and try to see Sly in the background in some scenes. Sly (or someone very close to the production) should a) first confirm that he was an extra in a certain film in the first place. But basically even that’s not enough, since then b) he should confirm the scene(s) where he’s visible on the screen. Getting a confirmation from a person like Sly would help to add a trivia bit, but it probably isn’t enough for the actual credit.

If it was an article from an accepted IMDb Newspartner, it would be in.

By the way, where was Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in Field of Dreams? Two blurry dots in a sea of faces shouldn't count either! :D

I don’t know the history of this issue (Field of Dreams extras), but perhaps this was confirmed somewhere by the actors themselves, or the director in the audio commentary - or something like that. So far, I haven’t read/heard anything from Stallone about his extra work. If you want them to be added, you simply need to find more proof. And no, ”in my opinion it’s that man in the leather jacket in the background, what do you think?” type of guesses doesn’t count as proof. Sad to say. Nothing personal, of course.
