If the order number tuples are to be "1,1,1", "2,1,1" and "3,1,1", then the information was entered correctly and should be approved for more proper presentation.

thank you very much. But shouldn't the correct order tuples be "1,1,1", "1,1,2" and "1,1,3"? Your guide lines for writer sequence numbers says "If names have no punctuation between them, assume they are joined by "&" (i.e. increment the third value)."
