Summary Classification Showing TV For Theatrical Films

Theatrically released films are often showing their TV classification in the summary at the top, this is incredibly annoying (and usually incorrect, since its showing the edited for television classification).

Example:
The Terminator (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088247/reference)
Shows "TV-14" instead of "R".

Uncut on network television this would be a TV-MA if anything.

Films should show their country's film certification.  Perhaps have a fallback to a television or video certification only if there isn't an official film one.

This may be specific to the reference view. The standard view seems to do better at choosing the right certificate to display.

Skolia: I posted about a similar problem a few years ago, which I thought had been resolved:

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088247/parentalguide?ref_=tt_stry_pg#certification

As Peter states it seems to be correctly reflected on the standard view of the title page.  If the certificate itself is wrong please submit a correction via the Edit Page button at the bottom of the title page.
Thank you in advance.

Jaime: The question is, why doesn't the reference view also display the theatrical certificate for this film, instead of the television classification?

The film is a theatrical movie, so I would expect that the theatrical certificate should take precedence and be the primary classification displayed, whether one is using standard view or reference view.
