Sometimes in films or on TV shows there is a duo where one member is far more popular than the other. But some fans may go against popular opinion and actually prefer "the other one."

Of these famous lopsided duos, which do you most prefer "the other one"?

Wasn't he? Besides being an acting star, according to Wiki: During the mid- to late-1970s, Soul returned to his singing roots. Produced by Tony Macaulay, he recorded hits including "Don't Give Up on Us" (1977) which reached No. 1 in the US and the UK, and "Silver Lady" (1977) which also topped the charts in the UK. From 1976 until 1978, he had five UK Top 20 singles and two Top 10 albums. From 1976 to 1982 he toured extensively in the US, Europe, Far East and South America.

What a great topic Jen!! :) I have to go with Murtaugh of Lethal Weapon myself, but I can also add another title to your list with "Two and a Half Men" - Charlie Sheen vs John Cryer.

Good idea for a poll!

I would choose Doc Brown over Marty, although I'm not so sure if Marty is more popular in general.

How about Cameron Frye over Ferris Bueller (not that anyone would choose anybody over Ferris)

Another one I just thought of is Alan Frog over Edgar Frog (from The Lost Boys).

For me the obvious choice is Daffy Duck over Bugs Bunny. Daffy is the older character (introduced in 1937 vs. Bugs' 1938), was depicted in many different ways over 30 years of original appearances, and had great interactions with other Looney Tunes characters. He is funnier and more memorable.

He also turned out to have more staying power. The original Looney Tunes series removed Bugs as a series character in 1964, his last theatrical short being "False Hare" (June, 1964). Daffy Duck short films continued to be produced until 1968, his last theatrical short being "See Ya Later Gladiator" (June. 1968). The original Looney Tunes series itself was discontinued in 1969.
