Hey guys I submitted a goof back in November and it still doesn't seem to appear on the site.  I am fairly certain the  continuity goof is correct so I am not too sure as of why it hasn't appeared.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Goof: In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt.1 when everyone was disguised as Harry using the polyjuice potion; Hermione tells Harry that his eye sight is terrible and assumed she would require glasses. Yet, in The Chamber Of Secrets when Hermione brews the polyjuice potion, Harry is still required to wear glasses even when posing as Gregory Goyle who does not require them.

There are a couple of issues here.

The main one I see is that information from a film made eight years later and five films later in the series doesn't turn something from the earlier film into a goof. Rather, if there is a goof here, it's in the later film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010).

Secondly, the IMDb goofs policy may rule this out on the grounds that only major changes count as goofs with regard to continuity within a film series:
Movie sequels: As long as a movie is consistent within itself and errors don't compromise its own internal structure, it has to be a major change in the premise of the series to qualify as a goof. A character who doesn't like cheese in movie A, but is seen eating a brie sandwich in movie B, is an interesting curiosity for fans, but hasn't really destroyed the series, and their sandwich eating scene probably won't be listed as a goof. However, if a character is placed in jeopardy in movie A because of his lethal allergy to cheese, but then defeats the bad guys and saves the world in movie B sustained only by a diet of Double Gloucester, an important premise has changed far too much to be acceptable.

But you could still try to re-submit this one, albeit as a goof for the later film. I would recommend rewriting the goof to make the continuity error clearer, along the following lines:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010)

Goof: Use of the polyjuice potion affects the user's eyesight; when everyone is disguised as Harry, Hermione tells Harry that his eyesight is terrible and that she would need glasses while disguised as him. However, in _Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002)_ (qv), Harry's vision was not improved while using the polyjuice potion; he still wore glasses while posing as Gregory Goyle, who does not require them.
