A couple things...make sure you wait before re-submitting. They can take 1-14 business days to process, especially if they have difficulty verifying the data and you waited a bit less. Re-submitting while it's still processing can slow things down greatly.
Also, if there was no evidence submitted, that could be what has stalled the entry. You might add any documentation you can to provide a means for them to verify it. If you have links to online announcements, etc., or documents describing it. You can upload images to a pic hosting site or into a dropbox folder, then send the link to staff, or even upload them here. If you want them to go more privately, you can use the verification form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification
Good luck!

The Help area covers this in a few places, such as What happened to my submission?
You're very welcome and good luck! I am sure it'll get up to date soon!

I was able to review your submissions and there were no errors or unacknowledged warnings, so it's likely that the cast credit wasn't added because this is an unreleased title and our data editors were unable to verify the credit.
As bluesmanSF suggested, the best thing you can do is post any screen grabs or evidence you have here that shows Dante Basco is attached and our staff can take another look.

Thank you for your reply Michelle! We have submitted a confirmation email from his manager so hopefully that does the trick! Thanks again!

The best thing to do is post your evidence as a screen grab within the thread here, so our staff can take a look. Otherwise, if the document is private you can provide your evidence through our Data Verification form here: http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification
