Submissions broken?

After entering all the data and validating it, instead of getting a screen that lets me submit the data, I get this screen:



If I hit the continue button, it takes me back to the first page of editing (i.e. the page where you select what you want to edit.)

I tried starting over again and copying all the data over but the same thing happened once all the data was correct.

Interesting. I was able to make a complete submission on Madam Secretary but the Bob's Burger one is still broken.

This appears to be related to keyword to the keyword "Girl-Power". I was able to enter other data separately (though unfortunately, I lost some of the cast listing and will have to wait until Hulu tomorrow to fix that.)

I tried entering keywords separately and entered the 9 keywords I had for this episode. I got the above screen. However, when I removed "Girl-Power" (and yes, it is strangely capitalized which it should not be), things work correctly.

Sorry about this. We have opened a ticket.  Please can confirm if the issue is still on-going or was it a temporary glitch?

Hi Col,

It's an ongoing problem. As my last message said, I had narrowed it down to the keyword submission of "Girl-Power". I choose a random title out of my update history and tried to add this keyword.



You can see the oddly capitalized keyword there. When I hit recheck updates, I get:

If that information could help I remember having the same glitch for at least two weeks like two years ago. It vanished just as unannounced as it first happened and I feared it ever since.

Thanks for the details. We have a fix in progress for this now. It may take a few days for everything to sync up (keywords repaired include remake and makeover)
