Submission pages no longer offer pinch/zoom

Today, I noticed that the submission system pages are too wide for my tablet, and that pinch/zoom controls are no longer available.

Please re-instate the ability to make the page fit the display, as it's a real problem to have to scroll back and forth horizontally all the time.

Thank you.

I'm not seeing anything different. Maybe you should disclose browser and device name, and maybe you can show the problem with screen grabs.

Can you propose a screen grab that would capture the inability to use pinch/zoom?

Well, you say the pages are too wide for your tablet, which I guess you could show.

Ron,
I attempted a contribution on my Android phone using Chrome.
I had to put the site in "View Full Site" mode to even find the Edit Page button.
When I got to the Contribution page for the title, I selected Correct/Delete for Cast.
I had no problem pinching either page down to see all columns in portrait mode.

So, as Peter requested, a screen grab would be helpful to see where you are.
Also whether you're trying to edit a title or a name, and what type of data you're trying to edit, in case it's specific to a particular type of contribution page.

I used Chrome 80 on Android 9 (moto).

The type of data doesn't matter, the problem exists even on the page where you choose what type of data to add/edit/delete.

It's a 10" tablet, and I use it in portrait mode.  Latest version of Chrome.  Here's a full-screen-shot.

By seeing your screenshot, I could tell that my phone's version of Chrome displayed very differently from yours. So I powered up my 8" Fire tablet where I've sideloaded Google Play Services, and used Chrome 80 on Android 5.1.1, and I see a screen nearly identical to yours (I also have a Chrome Home icon). But I'm able to pinch/zoom with no problem.

Are you really able to pinch/zoom other websites? Other non-contribution pages on IMDb?

BTW, when I turn my tablet to landscape, the contribution page adapts nicely to the width.

Ah, edited to add:
I just noticed you're an IMDbPro user. I'm not.

Yeah, maybe it's an IMDbPro only issue...

I just tried it on my Amazon Fire 7" tablet with the Silk browser, and had the same problem.

I can pinch/zoom regular IMDb pages, just not the contribution pages.  This is a recent (within the last 24 hours) problem.

OK, you'll need a staffer to reply to this.

Things are different today. While pinch/zoom is still not available, the existing content has now been squished to fit the screen size.  As you can see, this results in a poor display, and it's also a poor user experience.

A side-effect of squishing all the content is that is makes some submission fields unusable.  For example, while editing casts, the attribute field is now limited to about 5 characters of display.  Pretty useless.

Additionally, if you check the box to provide an explanation, an actual box no longer appears (this disappeared with the removal of pinch/zoom, not the squishing).  But the box is still there, it's just not visible anymore.  You can fill it in, and it still works, but looks very strange.
