Sign in from app not available

When I try to log into my account through te app, I get a sign in error, this happens every time I click on the sign in option (I don’t even have a chance of inputting any information). I’ve tried signing in with all the options (through google, amazon, Facebook, etc) and also tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I can log in on my phones browser but I’d like to be able to use the app. I can actually use the app as a “guest” but of course my watchlist and ratings are not available.

Please know that for the security of our members, we no longer support login functionality for certain versions of the IMDb App.

 • For iOS, please ensure that your device is on iOS 11 or higher
 • For Android, please ensure that the IMDb App is version 8 or higher

However if you've confirmed that your device meets the criteria, please confirm and write us back with the following:

• Device model
• OS version number
• IMDb App version number

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I think I meet all the criteria:
Device model: iPhone 11
IOS versión: 13.5.1
IMDB App: 10.5.1.

As I was reviewing the app version I saw something about a beta app, should I try to download it?

Hi Priscila,

Please attempt to clear the Cache in the app settings and confirm if you're still experiencing the issue.

To clear the cache, please take the following steps:

1. While in the IMDb app, go to the "You" tab on the bottom right-hand corner

2. Select the gear at the top right-hand corner, which will take you to the App Settings page

3. Scroll down to find "Clear Cache"

4. You will then be prompted to confirm clearing all application cached data

5. Select "Clear" and then try to login once again.
