It would be good to show the date when you rated a film, somewhere on the page of the film. For example today I watched The Dark Knight I give it 5 stars. So under those blue stars, it could say rated 2013-10-11 or perhaps to the side of the stars. Something like that.

I'll give that a +1, especially if you could also display the date something was added to any list - they'd need to create the functionality for the ratings, they might as well roll it out on others.

I've been wanting this for ages. They don't seem to have listened as you posted this 2 years ago. Is it possible to request this to IMDb, or can we only do it here?

If you export your ratings list it will include the date of rating.

I know, but you have to go deliberately there and look for it. However if you're on the page of a film, it would be nice to see at a glance, when you put the rating for it, instead of having to delve in somewhere else to do so. Especially if on a smartphone.
