Shouldn't these shorts get listed as episodes of The Simpsons shorts series?

Seeing as there now officially is a page for the Tracey Ullman Simpsons shorts, it would also make sense to merge the pages for Family Portrait and Family Therapy as episodes of it. Right now they are listed separately:

There are two missing episode pages in "The Simpsons: Tracey Ullman Shorts" (1987): #2.18 (Family Portrait) and #3.16 (Family Therapy).

I would submit a title correction to move both pages into the series title. Please wait for an official response from an IMDb representative.

mattias1996,

I'm not sure how you submitted the update.

The titles are formatted and stored in the database this way:

The Simpsons: Family Portrait (1988) (TV)

When you get to the Title Correction form, the new title should be submitted this way:

"The Simpsons: Tracey Ullman Shorts" (1987) {Family Portrait (#2.18)}

As required, write a brief statement in the Explanation box on why the title is being corrected.

(Resubmitting title from TV short to an episode page for The Simpsons: Tracy Ullman Shorts" (1987) series page.)

Acknowledge the following yellow warning message:
There is a mismatch between the title type of the old and new titles.
Click the checkbox to the left of the following message:
Warning understood, go ahead anyway.
Click the blue Re-check these updates button.

The next page should be in green and ready to be submitted for the IMDb editors.

If you're still having some issues with the submission, please wait for a response from a representative. Thanks for the report.

It's been 4 days now since I made those edits you suggested, and nothing has happened yet.

Can you see the status of your submissions on the beta contribution history page? (it might not be listed: title changes/merges were removed from tracking a while ago due to bugs in the system and I'm not sure if it's back yet or not)

The data processing times page says that all title merges submitted before 23 July have been processed now, so if your submission was before that and the changes aren't live it was probably rejected.

If you post your submission number(s) here, staff might take a look.

What? This is very confusing. I was told I had to go to Title Correction to merge the titles into episodes of the show, which I did. And in the instructions you linked, it only talks about merging two different similiar-sounding titles into one, when what I want to do is change the shorts into being listed as episodes of a show. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
