Sends my phone into boot loop every time I install updates 12/9/17 or later.

Hi Melanie,

So that we can research this issue further, please provide us with the following information:
  1. Your device model
  2. Operating system version
  3. IMDb app version (whichever version you have been able to successfully install most recently)
  4. Further details regarding the restart issue (When during the update process does this occur? Are any other apps running simultaneously? Have you restarted the device completely?)
  5. Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network when this issue occurs? Or are you using your device's cellular data?

immediately after installation. Verified that this causes boot loop by removing it and re installing a few times.

Please attempt the following to remedy this issue:

1. Uninstall the IMDb app from your device
2. Download the most recent version of Android software that your device can support
3. Once your device is updated, please reinstall the IMDb app
