It was kind of a coming of age film about a group of youths that rat packed together, set in 1960s-70s New York City. The crew included a Puerto Rican kid that thought he was Italian and insisted everyone call him Vinnie and two black kids one of which really had his act together and the other who was a bit of a rebel and a freeloader that insisted he couldn't find a job because he didn't want to work for the "white man" They were more of a mischevious bunch than thugs and was involved in crashing parties and hopping toll gates at the subway station etc.At the end of the film in the credits was the statement "Dedicated to the Homies of my youth" I would love to be able to buy a DVD of this film for my library. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
