Are you sure you're logged in to the account that has the Scorecard feature?

It's really easy to access IMDb with an unintended account (Google, Amazon, Facebook).

The feature is still easily found in the Help text, and I don't remember an announcement that it's been disabled, but I've never had that feature.

If you're sure you logged in under the account that has Scorecard authorized, you might need to Contact the Help Desk.

Hi I tried many solutions that have been posed to this issue but still get Error 404 as well.  Did oyu ever get an actual solution?  Do you find the IMDB team useful at all?

Yes.  It always seems they don't read my emails fully.  They just end up sending me form letters with links to stuff I did that did not work.  Eventually I worked it.  Thanks

Hey--It says next to your name Champion. Is that an IMDB title?  If so, maybe you can help.  This is scorecard related.  There is  trailer that has been linked to me for several years.  I have used scorecard to upload a trailer to a film that I directed but it will not appear on my page.  When I look at scorecard videos it lists "Associations" but despite my association it does not show up.  Now I want to add another trailer but fear it too will be over-ridden by this outdated documentary trailer I did as a favor.  I really don't want that trailer to be the first thing associated with my work.  How can I change that, as uploading a newer trailer did nothing.

Hi Daniel,

IMDb grants the status of champion to knowledgeable IMDb users who have repeatedly been helpful to other IMDb users. Champions are not IMDb employees. We do not have administrative rights on IMDb. Our areas of expertise vary.

This is a complete list of IMDb Champions:

I will let bderoes answer for herself whether she can help you in this matter.

I still have no experience with Scorecard, nor with managing videos. I'm only a consumer of media and of IMDb.

Hi Daniel.
If you have IMDb Pro, there is a way to set your first Demo Reel. Have you read this in the help topics? It requires that you have at least two....
https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-videos/GV43VKU3PPM4Q8Y2?ref_...
Can I change the order of videos/demo reels on my page so that a specific reel appears first?

You can designate a primary demo reel that will be shown first in the list of related videos on your IMDb page. To designate your primary demo reel, upload more than one demo reel, then select the "Set as Primary Demo Reel" on the Your Videos page.

It says you did figure it out in you post, but if not I posted this for you, just in case.

Ed,

I have IMDb Pro. However, I have no intention of claiming my page. Therefore, I cannot provide an answer to your question.
